How I Work
My Service to You
With each of my clients, I follow a 3 step process in order to ensure my work is tailored to fit your needs and that the end result is exactly as you envisioned.
Consultation
Either when you first make contact or at a convenient time for you, we will talk through your exact painting and/or decorating needs.
At this point, we can discuss pricing, method and timetable.
Visit
During our consultation, we will have scheduled a home visit. This gives me an opportunity to see the space and potentially test some paint samples if required. This ensures the chosen materials work with the existing surfaces and also helps you to decide on colour choices.
If you don't have an exact idea in mind or it is in your head, we can spend some time getting it down on paper to bring your idea to life!
Decorate!
By this point, you will know the exact work that I will be carrying out for you and have a good idea of how it will look at the end.
I can either provide paint for you, recommend a shop or use paint and materials that you have already purchased.
We can work together or I can work independently to help you transform your space into somewhere that makes you happy and feels like home.
Ongoing Support
Once your space is complete, I will always be contactable with questions or follow ups. If there are any issues these will be dealt with free of charge and I will continue to provide support throughout the rest of your projects. Whether it is for further queries or more decorating services, I will be available to you until we have finished working together so that your walls make you smile!
I started my business because I was unable to make people happy through my previous career choice. Therefore, job satisfaction through bringing joy to people is my main goal.
